Design crash* Patchwork shirts Comme des Garcons VS Swedish Brand ACNE

I have been very impressed by Swede Brand Acne's simple designs, usage of vivid colors and chic details. I just found these two patchwork shirts by Acne 2010 at Asos. Come on, That is totally Comme des garcons.Where is Acne's ture blood? Jonny Johansson can be more creative than that.  No one is allowed to play with patchwork  designs after CDG just like on matter how hard LADY GAGA trys, there is only one Madonna.
